Eventually, though, they notice that while their bodies are a little smaller, there are still a lot of flabby and jiggle bits. Sound famili...

  • Hello everyone,
My name is William and I recently joined the communitty here.  Since this is the health section I wanted to share my story.  Over a year ago I was at 240 pounds; not eating healthy and just felt miserable half the time due to a lack of energy.  Then I took on the challenge of P90X, it was a brave choice considering how out of shape I was, but I needed a challenge or I would get bored.  So I got the dvds; followed the food plan and lost 36 pounds in 2 months.   I finished the program at 200 even after the 90 days were up.  I tell this story because this was not easy to do, I struggled everyday with the food/workload, I even wanted to quit a few times.  I gutted it out and found a real passion for the fitness I had not known before.  I then became a indepedent coach for team beachbody so I could help other people experience the journey I went through and help them reach their goals.  If you are in the same spot I was and would like ...  ...  more
