This is where he learned the 24-hour nature of having a business, as well as where he learned customer service, discretion and empathy. It was also an opportunity to learn from others' mistakes. (He describes his father as "great at his trade, but not always the best businessman.") He has gone on to various pursuits in sales and marketing. Like many, he’s also had various forays into home-based business and network marketing. Leslie Hocker

Mr. Erdlee was born and raised in the Miami Beach/Ft Lauderdale area. A graduate of Nova High School, he went on to the University of S. Florida and dropped out after one year. At 18 years old he entered the Real Estate business and became the training director for a Century 21 office. At 19 he was hired by Century 21 Real Estate Corp. as a Trainer.
He opened his own Century 21 franchise on his 21st birthday and in the 1st year his office was the fastest growing Century 21 office in the region.
