Finally weighed and lost 15 pounds in a month, and only went hungry 3 to 5 times. How did I do it? Took vitamins every now and then to make sure I was getting all the nutrients I needed. I did splurge sometimes but not often. So if you biggest problem with weight loss is the hunger from a low calorie diet, maybe this will work for you as well! God bless!
