  Excellent article, Johnny - thanks. I love kettlebells, which I became acquainted with when I started Crossfit. I see some people posting on P90X - Crossfit is similar in concept in that the workouts are compact and high-intensity, and they keep mixing it up. P90X says "muscle confusion," and Crossfit says "never sore the same place twice." Check them out at crossfit.com.
