Happy Thanksgiving!
If you are an American, you are getting ready,
If you are not, does it mean you will not have turkey?
Thanksgiving should be every day, thanksgiving is today.
What are you thankful for, what are you grateful for anyway?
Some would say, it’s not part of their religion so they don’t,
Some may think it has something to do with religion, it’s not.
Thanksgiving is what we are day in and day out,
Thanksgiving is what fills our hearts with love to shout.
Say it out loud don’t be shy, it is a privilege to be thankful,
Feel your thanks filing you abounding, be kind to all, and be helpful.
Happy Thanksgiving to you, may all your thanks reach the Lord,
Happy Thanksgiving and unconditional love join me come aboard.
